Tournament info:
The tournament is open for all clubs that, through their national football
federation, is a member of FIFA.
The tournament starts with matches in different classes - each team is placed in
a class with a 4 team minium, where all meet all in the group.
After the preliminary matches, the qualified teams continues to the final
rounds, which are played by the cup system.
An even score in the final rounds, is determined by penalty kicks.
Rules:
The matches are played according to the rules of FIFA.
Won matches get 3 points.
All matches will be judged by authorized referees.
The standard of the Skaw Cup's referees is very high.
Legitimacy of the players:
A player is able to play for more than one team, if it is in another age class.
The player must appear on both teams player list at check-in.
Only players whose names are present on the list at the start of the tournament,
are allowed to play. Only in very special cases - and always with the concent of
the Skaw Cup tourmanment officials, an extra player may be entered into the
tournament.
Special for the classes B19E and B16E:
A club can participate in these classes with their primary team and in the
ordinary class with their secondary team. At check-in a list of players for both
teams must be handed in. The club is obliged to mark 13 players on the elite
class team's team list, who can only play matches for the primary team.
All other players on the list for the primary team are also allowed to be on the
list and play for the secondary team.
All teams must bring the forwarded teams player list filled in with names and
date of birth of all the players upon arrival. You may also fill in your
teams player list online.
Replacing players:
There are free replacement of the players in the categories to 16 years. In
other categories you can play up to 14 players pr match. Players can be restored
from the middle of the touch line with the referee's permission (only if the
match has been stopped).
Shinguards:
Shinguards are compulsory. Lack of shinguards will result in the player leaving
the field to correct his/her equipment.
Shirts:
If both teams wear the same shirt color, the last mentioned team must change.
The players must use the same shirt number during the entire cup.
Ball size:
In class B14, B13 and G15 the matches are played with a ball size 4. All
other classes, ball size 5.
Absence:
If a team does not show up for a game or loses after a protest, the result will
be 0 - 3.
Protests:
Protests shall be delivered in writings to the tourmanment officials by the team
leader at no later than 1 hours after the ending of the match, together with a
DKK 300,- fee. This fee wil only be refunded if the protest is accepted.
Shinguards, jewellry and shirt number are not reasons for protesting.
Warnings and send-offs:
Warnings are not transferred to next match. Sent off players are noted and will
automatically be excluded from the next match. In the case of furter punishment,
a written note will be received.
Referees:
The matches are judged by norwegian and danish referees. All matches in class
19E and 16E are led by a 3 referees. In the finals there are 3 referees in all
the classes. In all other matches, the two teames are each obligated to provide
an assistent referee. This referee is responsible for marking when the ball has
passed out of the field of play.
Insurance:
It is very important that every player makes sure that he/she is covered in case
of injury. In some cases the players are covered by the club or by the parents
but it is in the responsibility of the player not the tournament. |
